We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Most people don't, and that's ok! My job is to make you and your loved ones laugh and feel comfortable to show off those beautiful, and handsome, smiles!
How should we dress for our session?
There are a few things you should know for your photo session: 1. Dress for the occasion. This is a special time to capture moments for you and your loved ones. You won't regret it! Have fun with outfits and accessories (i.e. cool hat, vintage jewelry, fun shoes)! 2. Wear colors that complement each other, not matching. Usually solid colors with limited patterns show best in photos. 3. Ladies - Many times we think looser is better, this is not always the case. Try to wear something that is shape defining (i.e. fitted blouse, clinched waisted dress, etc.)
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
I like to try to set up newborn sessions between week 2, but less than 2 months. I want to allow some healing time for moms so they can move around a little easier. If you would like something sooner, let me know!
